Did you know federal code for a medium to large apartment complex says that you have to have an 8 year degree and you have to have an ensa and be osha 10 certified to work at an apartments complex Heather stone apartments does not have any of those requirements you can get owned and shut down and go to federal prison for not having these things

BAD BAD BAD They change office staff like underwear and they discriminate against disabled people AND people that color there hair diffrent colors. They talk to you like your stupid and not important. There is drug use I video recorded and the place was raided they alow Gun sales in the parking lot and don't care about threats of violence against disabled people. BAD BAD BAD PLACE lived here almost 4years. new owners don't care emails to them have come with silence even with sending the videos of people smoking pills and acting like zombies in the parking lot at all hours of the day & night.. well they fixed one of my issues after I got a lawyer involved then asked me to change my post. caught the lie I was told by office staff saying ( you only live here on a month to month you don't have a year lease. I used diffrent email to contact diffrent staff member who then sent my YEAR LEASE CONTRACT to me. I'm a human being and deserve to be treated like one .

I have received terrible attention from the bilingual person who provides information at the Kennewick office. In addition to his bad attitude, I have noticed that when people come up to ask something they are upset, he gave me incorrect information. I have been trying to change to a 3-bedroom apartment for 2 years and even though they have apartments, they won't make the change because she is busy, according to her, and when I ask again there are no apartments.

I like this apartments they are quiet but there’s some stuffs that they need to pay more attention to like people taking their dogs outside without a leash and it’s so annoying cuz they leave their dogs in the balcony and you can hear dogs barking all the time .. not to mention the parking lots .. you get assigned one spot and there’s no other place you can park if you have more than one car because they have 48 parking spots but people don’t move Their cars from there , but the property has tons of “ reserved “ and covered spot but you have to pay for it .. ridiculous .. cant wait to move out . 🤦🏻‍♀️
