I visited there recently and, although I was over qualified for an apartment, Makaili took time out of her Saturday to help me look for other apartments that fit my needs. I left there with a list and genuine appreciation for the kindness and humanity shown to me by someone who could have easily sent me on my way instead of being so incredibly helpful.

We visit this nice community today and Rose helped me and my wife she was very informative, super friendly and provided us with a pamphlet with all the requirements, she was able to help my wife in Spanish she offered a tour but we passed they have no unit available to show. She showed us pictures on line. We are wanting to move in around May and we will for sure return. My wife loved the school is across the street for our kids.

I was visiting a friend when Darren stopped by to fix one of his issues in the apartment. The interaction was Super friendly and he was able to fix the issue with the sink and fridge by the time we finished lunch. Great guy. I think he was the supervisor so of you have any issues with your apartment, hit up Darren.

Update: I received a call back on Monday, I can't recall her name, I believe it was the manager. She was very helpful and apologized for the delay. I will change my rating. I appreciated the call and accountability. Thank you. I have continuously called with interest of renting an apartment and left messages to call me back. I never heard from anyone. The website show they have several vacancies. That's understandable since you would need to communicate with someone to rent apartments. I even called the property management company in Seattle and never heard back from them.

BAD BAD BAD They change office staff like underwear and they discriminate against disabled people AND people that color there hair diffrent colors. They talk to you like your stupid and not important. There is drug use I video recorded and the place was raided they alow Gun sales in the parking lot and don't care about threats of violence against disabled people. BAD BAD BAD PLACE lived here almost 4years. new owners don't care emails to them have come with silence even with sending the videos of people smoking pills and acting like zombies in the parking lot at all hours of the day & night.. well they fixed one of my issues after I got a lawyer involved then asked me to change my post. caught the lie I was told by office staff saying ( you only live here on a month to month you don't have a year lease. I used diffrent email to contact diffrent staff member who then sent my YEAR LEASE CONTRACT to me. I'm a human being and deserve to be treated like one .
