Friendly staff, new renovated play areas, and updated apartments. Maintenance staff quick to fixing any issue.

I was visiting a friend when Darren stopped by to fix one of his issues in the apartment. The interaction was Super friendly and he was able to fix the issue with the sink and fridge by the time we finished lunch. Great guy. I think he was the supervisor so of you have any issues with your apartment, hit up Darren.

Update: I received a call back on Monday, I can't recall her name, I believe it was the manager. She was very helpful and apologized for the delay. I will change my rating. I appreciated the call and accountability. Thank you. I have continuously called with interest of renting an apartment and left messages to call me back. I never heard from anyone. The website show they have several vacancies. That's understandable since you would need to communicate with someone to rent apartments. I even called the property management company in Seattle and never heard back from them.

Lived there for over 4 years but I am glad I moved out, Maria Threated us several times and when I tried contacting the manager I would never get a call back from her or she was always busy. Later I found out Maria and the manager are close friends, that is why manager never did anything. Also, when I moved out they put extra charges on my account.

All my attempts to communicate with management were met with silence, leading to a frustrating and lost of interest! The overall unprofessionalism within the team only exacerbated the situation, making it a disappointing experience. Is there anybody in this office? The door is always locked and when someone’s there they’re so rude. While driving the community my family saw maintenance guys in a group circle smoking. I have lost all desire to rent here. If this is all this is communication is going during my initial process I can only imagine when I become a resident communicating by email that if we were in Covid times.

People are attempting to contact management for housing issues, billing issues, all sorts of issues. What is the management team doing behind that curtain in the office? Hope you're not remodeling in there while half of your parking "garages" don't have doors or even partitions. Useless management and even worse above management.

The worst receptionistist! Rosie and Teresa are never available. They are rude and make me feel as I bother them. The office is always closed and upper management is always busy! Don’t move here. The worst experience with a company. If you can afford another apt I suggest you go look somewhere. Management sucks
