Really dirty property. Dog crap everywhere in the grass. In front of apt. SS 101 alot of garbage everywhere. Disgusting.

They keep messaging me to do a tour and appointment. There are no availability to do so. The snotty kids who live here refused to walk on the sidewalk so we could leave. We went an sat for a half an hour to see if we coukd getcan appointment. People walked in ignired us and left. Nice place, people not so much. Over heard a latino lady talking badly about the white women.

This place is the cheapest place to live in town. I enjoy living here this will be a place I live till I buy a house..staff and maintenance are great

So far had moving in delayed 3 times, it's almost been a month since the first estimated move in. Nobody ever answers the phone. The office is closed several times when we've gone there because nobody answers the phones. Nor do you get a call back. We had our estimated move in on the 5th and nobody told us that it changed until days later. Couldn't contact them to ask what happened. Still waiting to move in but so far I'm very irritated because we already moved out of our old place and we were told we would get a call today about our move in (supposedly on monday) and so far nothing. I'm just ready to move and I need a solid move in date. If you're expecting to move in, be prepared for over a month of nothing
