I appreciate how they deactivate the app that allows residents to pay rent online then when I came into the office to pay in person the office is locked with the blinds pulled down while i can see people inside at 4pm, an hour before they close. I feel like the property is severely under-staffed/over worked and it's now effecting the tenets that live here and their rent. Please do better

Contacted the office 4 times & left messages with no response. Have been to the office 3 times with nobody available to talk to. Can you even rent here now? This is nonsense!

Started out fine. Terrible area. My boyfriendâs car was stolen my 2nd night living here. Ever since new management took over, no one is ever in the office during open hours and itâs impossible to get ahold of them. They never answer and donât even call back when I leave voicemails. I paid my renters insurance in full for the year and now that new management had taken over, they started charging me a $50 fee added to my rent because they âdidnât have it on fileâ. & I just found out about it after wasting $100. Maintenance is terrible, they never actually fix any problems. I pay $50 every month for a reserved parking spot and people are always parked in my spot. Neighbors are always loud. Iâm almost certain I signed a 9 month lease agreement but theyâre telling me itâs 12. Do yourself a favor, do not rent here
