Terrible place to live especially if you have kids. So much gang violence and shootings stabbing. The ladies in the office are extremely rude and unprofessional I saw one the members at job sitting at the bar with her husband and I was verbally harassed so bad that I had to leave that job. My rent went up early year in September when I wanted to leave I was given a hard time u had to contact the property owner to get my documents I wouldnât ever rent here you will regret cars get broken into everyday cars being vandalized police officers in and out the property all day long do not rent here!

In the summer, the pool is open maybe half the days if youâre lucky. Maintenance requests will take forever and thereâs no urgency on their part. Rent will increase every year but the value youâre getting will not.
